he Home Image and the Left Right position of parent images are designed so you can recall and experience the power of the home you grew up in and its effect on you. Our parents are the key role models that affect how our personality is formed and the sense of self that we bring into the world.

HOME
Picture your parents in the house (or apartment) where you lived most of the time with them, the place that gives the feeling of a home.

1. Picture your parents in the house. Where do you see them? What are they doing?
2. How do you feel as you see the house?
3. See your father. Where is he? What is he doing in the picture?
4. Do you experience pleasant or unpleasant feelings when you see him?
5. Relax and recall memories about the place where your father appears.
6. Now, see your mother. What is she doing?
7. Do you experience pleasant or unpleasant feelings when you see her?
8. Relax and recall memories about the place where your mother appears.
9. Where are your siblings? What are they doing? How do you feel as you see them?
10. Now see yourself in the picture. What are you doing?
11. Does the place give you the feeling of a home?

PARENTS LEFT/RIGHT POSITION

1. Picture your parents standing directly in front of you.
2.As you look at them, who is standing on your left and who is standing on your right.
3.Now, try to switch their positions. Are you able to switch them?
4. Notice any difficulty you experience when you switch them.
5. See your parents standing in front of you again.
6. Who is standing on the left and who is standing on the right now?
7. Switch your parents position again.
8. Do you again experience a problem when you switch them?
9. Notice the two different feelings: spontaneous and forced.
10. Notice that you have no control over parents spontaneous images. (This is because the images of mother and father are neurologically encoded in specific locations in your brain and cannot be switched randomly in most people.)

Images of the People in Our Lives

Our brains store impressions and information from subtle and overt cues about the people in our lives. The Vague and Vivid and Story in the Eyes Images are designed to elicit this information about a person you want to know more about. It may be a person you work with, are in a relationship with, a friend or a child. It does not matter who it is, try these images and you will see how much is revealed about them!

STORY IN THE EYES

1. See a person you desire to know more about, standing in front of you.
2. Look into their eyes.
3. Concentrate on their eyes.
4. Do their eyes give you any feeling or tell you any story?
5. Concentrate on the story or feeling in the persons eyes. What do you see?

VAGUE AND VIVID

1. See an image of a person you want to know better.
2. See that the person is vivid and you are vague.
3. What do you see?
4. How do you feel as you see the image?
5. Now see that the person is vague and you are vivid?
6. What do you see?
7. How do you feel as you see the image?
8. Switch again and see that the other person is vivid and you are vague?
9. What do you see?
10. How do you feel as you see the image?

EMANATION IMAGE (when you feel powerless)

1. Relax and clear your mind. Close your eyes and go inward.
2. See an image of a person in a situation in which you feel stuck, powerless or that you are unable to deal with effectively.
3. How does the person appear to you?
4. How do you feel as you see the image? Allow your feelings and body sensations to come into awareness.
5. If you could say or do anything to this person, what would that be? Let that desire come into your awareness.
6. Now see a big wind come from the high heavens into the room and surround you. This wind is a gift from the gods.
7. Feel the sensation of the wind swirling and swirling all around you.
8. See another you jump out of your image. (For some, it pops right out of their head). The old you disappears and you become the "new you" in the image.
9. What is this "new you" like?
10. See that this new you does or says whatever it wants.
11. What does it do or say?
12. How do you feel as you see the image? Become aware of your shift to the new you.
13. How does the person now react to your new self? If the new you that came out does not have enough strength, ability, or power, repeat the process.
14. This new you is the real you with your original genetic strengths, powers, and abilities.You can keep going back and forth, vague and vivid, until you have gained all you need from the images.

Sports Images

HEART-DRUMMING IMAGE
This heartbeat image can be used when engaging in any sport or physical activity (running, dance, soccer, etc).

1. Remember, your heartbeat becomes stronger during physical performance.
2. Now, feel your heartbeat and see that it pumps stronger.
3. See that you can hear the drumming of your heart. There is imagination in this heartbeat. As your heart beats, it goes in rhythm with your imagination.
4. See yourself performing and let the heart beat.
5. You become stronger, your performance is more pleasurable and easier to release.How does your performance change when you add the image of your heart?

SPORTS ACTION WITH FILTERS

1. See yourself involved in a physical activity (tennis, golf, basketball, jogging, bicycling, etc.)
2. Perform an action in regard to that activity (hit the ball, jog, pedal the bike, lift weights, etc.)
3. As you perform the action, keep your father in mind. What do you see? How does it affect your performance?
4. As you perform the action, keep your mother in mind. What do you see? How does it affect your performance? The object of performing a physical activity while using your parents as “filters” is to assess where we have blocks to our performance. We may also tap into power and enhanced ability. In most cases, we are not getting full strength from both parents.

PHYSICAL PREPARATION IMAGE
This image gets you prepared to do physical events by putting you in a calm and relaxed state of mind with intentionality directed toward the upcoming activity.

1. See that you come into an empty place.This empty place is where your energies come together.
2. See that you are preparing to launch out. Concentrate on this feeling of coming together in this empty place and getting ready for the activity.
3. See that your energies are coming together.
4. See that you are getting ready.
5. See that you are going to launch out.
6. See that you will do the impossible.

Exexutive/Work Performance Images

For people in business. There is a similarity between sports and executive performance. Athletes use the image of the beat of their heart to enhance their physical performance. The same image can be applied for increasing executive performance and skill.

1. Remember, your heartbeat becomes stronger during executive or work performance.
2. Now, feel your heartbeat and see that it pumps stronger.

4. See yourself performing doing some aspect of your work and let the heart beat.
5. See that as you are performing your heart is beating strongly. What do you see and experience?

1.See an image of performing in an executive activity you enjoy.
2. See what you love about it, what makes you high as you do it.
3. Let this high feeling envelop you. Feel it in your body. Let it get you high. This is the passion in your performance.
4. See that you perform your executive duties with this high feeling.

Heart Images for Power and Expression

Images of Your Heart Image and Heart and Desire Image allows one to discover the ability to bring energy, enthusiasm and power to all that you do. This image also can help your perception shift in situations where your heart is involved.

IMAGES OF YOUR HEART

1. See your heart that is beating inside your chest on the left side of your body.
2. Now, imagine that you are doing things with your whole heart in it.
3. Become aware that your heart is made of essence (feeling of the heart) and it is made of flesh also (the physical side). When you put the essence of the heart and the flesh together, you have the feeling of the whole heart. Pay attention to this whole-heart feeling, with the essence and the flesh both in the feeling.
4. Now see that you are doing things with your whole heart in it.
5. See yourself doing other things with the whole heart in it.
6. Now see that you are putting your whole heart into being with a person with whom you want to relate better. How are you with them? Allow the revelations of your heart to unfold.

HEART AND DESIRE

1. Think of all the desires you have.
2. Let all of these desires come into your mind and let your heart beat with these desires.
3. Let the world know your desires and let your heartbeat know the world. Go with your desires into the world.
