The question of much do you hang on and how much do you let go becomes key. Our children's desire for freedom and independence may be in conflict with our need for control and security. In order to succesfully navigate through these times, parents need to build bridges of communication with their children ensuring that the self esteem of their child remains intact. This workshop will give practical imagery tools to help each parent with the unique issues that faces them. The basic keys to succesful parenting through the 'teen' years will be discussed.
